great location but needs attention to room details

I spent one night here and was thrilled with the fantastic location just a few steps from the Underground and close to the Science Museum, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. plus, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great ambiance in the lobby bar. feels a bit upscale compared to the rest of the hotel. Location is prime, just a short walk from the busy Kensington High Street, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

The standard room is cramped, barely enough space for two—just a bed and a small table lamp. Bathrooms are exceedingly tiny, making it difficult to maneuver comfortably. The air conditioning was unreliable, failing at a critical time, and communication about it was lacking. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also patchy and can feel spotty at times, especially when shutting the room door.

the location is super convinient, only a few mins to high street kensington tube station. also, staff are really friendly and helpful. my room was clean n spacious, bed was comfy and air conditioning worked great. breakfast was hearty with a nice variety, loved it!

but the room was kinda small for my taste, and there was no fresh water provided. would have preferred more milk and coffee for the tea tray too.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the location! So close to the underground and parks, and sleepy enough to get great rest. The breakfast was decent too! The only bummer was that the shower didn't drain well, which was annoying. a solid choice for families looking to explore London.

my stay at holiday inn was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. i loved the surprise dessert plate left for us, courtesy of lisa from guest services. breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. the spacious room also had air conditioning, perfect for comfort.

I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights, and the hotel's location made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, including freshly made omelets. the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated for the price.

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, spacious lounge, the 24-hour coffee shop was a delightful perk that made our mornings enjoyable as we prepared to explore the city, which is just a short walk from the underground station.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety, including delicious scrambled eggs! The kids loved the swimming pool, and we appreciated the friendly service throughout. Visiting the Circus was a highlight, with its buzzing atmosphere and fantastic shows.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available in the hotel for evenings.

The breakfasts were a delightful surprise, thanks to managers Zagia and Hina, who catered brilliantly to my vegan vibes. I also stumbled upon some tasty local spots nearby, like Bill's High Street for a cheeky bite.

The in-room dining left a bit to be desired. my cold meal arrived untopped, and I was stung with unexpected charges. The lifts were poky and slow as well, making the whole thing feel a bit of a faff.
